Summary
In this detail-oriented role where accuracy and pride in your work are crucial to our continued success, we will rely on you to perform tasks and activities under the direction of the Account Coordinator and Practice Manager as needed. You may be dedicated to a specific engagement or leveraged across multiple accounts performing similar tasks for each engagement. You will represent ii2P through direct interaction and communication with the client and all ii2P resources involved in the assignment, as well as be responsible and accountable for deploying and supporting Identity Management (mostly password management). You will install, troubleshoot and provide technical support for our growing list of clients.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Accountable for the completion of assigned tasks and delivery of associated outputs in a timely manner.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, manage workload and time, and escalate when necessary.
- Ensure compliance to customers’ corporate standards.
- Ensures risk and issues are addressed or escalated in a timely manner.
- Performs additional tasks and/or reporting as required by the Account Coordinator or Practice Manager.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or the equivalent is required.
- 3+ years of relevant work experience is required.
- Experience implementing an Identity Management system (Hitachi-ID IDM preferred)
- Variety of targeted systems (Active Directory, SQL, iSeries, Linux, etc.)
- Provisioning/de-provisioning
- Workflow automation
- Experience implementing a self-service password reset system (Hitachi-ID Password Manager preferred)
- Variety of targeted systems (Active Directory, SQL, iSeries, Linux, etc.)
- Self-Service password reset
- Service Desk/Administrator password resets
- System administration experience.
- Familiarity with some or all of:
- IIS or another web server
- Active Directory and/or LDAP
- SQL code
- Database administration
- Understand TCP/IP networking and HTTP/S
- Experience writing short programs or scripts
- Knowledge of configuring firewall and adding exceptions
