At ii2P, our ability to operate ethically is as fundamental as the technologies and services we develop and bring to the marketplace. ii2P executive management established a Code of Ethics by holding themselves to the uppermost standard of integrity and demanding the same of others. These principles and values are evident in all ii2P activities and decisions.

ii2P requires mandatory annual ethics training of all employees that has three primary functions:

• To make certain that business policies and practices stay aligned with ii2P’s ethical principles.
• To clearly communicate ii2P's ethical expectations.
• To provide numerous channels for feedback of which people can ask questions, voice any concerns, and seek resolution to any potential ethical issues.
