At ii2P we realize there is a large void for effective self service solutions in the marketplace. Our product, KeyStone® fills that void and allows you to achieve your ROI!

At ii2P we know self service, we’ve worked with a variety of solutions from various vendors, and many of their award winning features are based on comments and suggestions our team has made over the years.  All of these factors tend to hinder an effective self help deployment. It was clear we would need something better to take self help to the next level, thus KeyStone® was born.

Before deciding upon a design for KeyStone®, the ii2P Team researched the elements that needed to be represented within a self help site. We analyzed many studies done on this subject and read through many White Papers. We literally spent over a year researching what really works and what doesn’t in terms of features, functionality, processes, and the most elusive of factors end user adoption. The team then merged this information with our extensive self help experience to conceptually design the elements.

The result is KeyStone®! KeyStone® is built from the ground up to be open and flexible to suit the needs of both large and small businesses and is highly scalable.  Our Open framework was designed to allow us to integrate with existing technology in your environment, such as remote control or chat technologies, to leverage and enhance your existing IT services.  The interface is flexible and can be redesigned to meet your specific requirements without the need to change the core business logic of the tool.  KeyStone® has been verified to meet the standards of the Knowledge-Centered Support (KCS) methodology.

Most importantly, KeyStone® is a product that is designed not just about technology for technology’s sake, but around the application of ii2P’s patented, effective self service processes and procedures.  It’s design and functionality complements our 3-2-1 service optimization practices to create a holistic end-to-end optimized service delivery practice for any organization.
